We want the LastCUE refund process to be clear. If a paid access product does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal, subject to this policy. Repair Credits are refundable while unused; once a credit enters substantive repair processing, the special Repair Credit rules below apply. After a repair task is successfully processed and a repair output or completion report is provided, the related Repair Credit is normally non-refundable except for the special circumstances described below, mandatory law, or applicable Creem Buyer Terms or procedures.
This Refund Policy applies to paid LastCUE products purchased through Creem, including monthly and annual Pro subscriptions and Repair Credits.
LastCUE is operated by SHUAI JINGYAN, an independent developer based in China, under the “LastCUE Lab” brand.
Where Creem is identified as the seller or Merchant of Record, Creem processes the transaction and any approved refund under its Buyer Terms, Customer Services procedures, and payment-network rules. This policy explains how LastCUE handles product-level refund requests alongside rules.
At a Glance
- Use the free backup tier, compatibility information, and any available repair preview or diagnosis before purchasing a paid product.
- Pro Monthly and Pro Annual purchases are eligible for refund review within 14 days of the original purchase or renewal.
- US$99 Lifetime Pro, if offered, is generally final and non-refundable once delivered, except where mandatory law, applicable Creem Buyer Terms or procedures, duplicate charge, or failed delivery requires otherwise.
- Unused Repair Credits are eligible for refund review within 14 days of purchase. A credit that has entered substantive repair processing is handled under the Repair Credits section below.
- A completed Repair Credit task is treated as delivered digital service and is normally not refundable unless a listed exception, mandatory law, or applicable Creem Buyer Terms or procedures apply.
- You do not have to give a reason for a 14-day paid-access refund, although optional feedback helps us improve LastCUE.
- Duplicate charges, failed delivery of paid access, and verified LastCUE system errors are prioritized for resolution.
1. Try Before You Buy
LastCUE includes free backup access so you can confirm that the app launches, sees your workflow, and fits your USB library maintenance needs before you pay. Public compatibility notes explain the current legacy rekordbox USB support scope.
For repair workflows, LastCUE may provide diagnosis, preview, or task information before final paid repair output. Review those details before using a Repair Credit, because recovery depends on the source data and cannot be guaranteed.
2. Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date for:
- Pro Monthly subscriptions;
- Pro Annual subscriptions; and
- unused Repair Credits.
US$99 Lifetime Pro purchases, if offered, are generally final and non-refundable after delivery, except where mandatory law, applicable Creem Buyer Terms or procedures, duplicate charge, failed delivery, or another listed exception requires a different outcome.
For subscription renewals, the 14-day window starts on the renewal charge date. After the 14-day window, refunds are generally not available unless required by law, applicable Creem Buyer Terms or procedures, or an exception described below.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@lastcuelab.com and include:
- the email address used for the purchase;
- the Creem receipt, order ID, or transaction ID;
- the product purchased;
- whether you want a refund, credit restoration, or account access correction;
- a brief reason for the request, if you are willing to share it; and
- for a repair issue, the task status and any relevant non-sensitive error details.
We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days. You may also use the Creem Customer Portal to manage the order or contact Creem support if an issue remains unresolved after contacting LastCUE.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method through Creem or the original payment channel. Bank and payment-network timing is outside LastCUE’s control, but refunds often take several business days to appear after processing.
After a refund, the related Pro access, license, subscription, or Repair Credits may be revoked, ended, released, restored, or adjusted. If a subscription refund is approved, paid access may end immediately instead of continuing through the original billing period.
5. Subscription Cancellations
Canceling a Pro subscription is different from requesting a refund. You can cancel through the link in your Creem purchase email or the Creem Customer Portal, an available LastCUE account page, or the applicable support channel.
If you cancel without requesting or receiving a refund, cancellation normally stops the next renewal and you usually keep access until the end of the current paid period. Deleting a LastCUE account does not necessarily cancel a Creem-managed subscription.
If you cancel within the 14-day refund window and request a refund, the request will be reviewed under this policy. If approved, paid access connected to that transaction may end immediately when the refund is processed.
6. Repair Credits
Unused Repair Credits may be considered for refund or account adjustment within the 14-day refund window and under applicable law and applicable Creem Buyer Terms or procedures.
A Repair Credit is normally released or restored when:
- the selected format is identified as unsupported before substantive processing begins;
- a LastCUE system error prevents completion and no repair output or completion report is provided.
By confirming a Repair Credit task, you request immediate performance of a digital repair service. A Repair Credit is normally treated as consumed when substantive processing is completed and a repair output or completion report is provided, even if only part of the data is recovered or no recoverable content is found. Recovery depends on the source data and is not guaranteed.
After LastCUE provides a repair output or completion report for a successfully processed task, the related credit is normally not refundable merely because the result is partial, different from what you expected, or unsuitable for a later performance workflow. We will still review special cases involving a LastCUE system error, incorrect credit consumption, duplicate charge, failed delivery, mandatory consumer rights, or applicable Creem Buyer Terms or procedures.
If a task is interrupted by user cancellation, the wrong source selection, device disconnection, power loss, insufficient storage, or changed source files, the credit is released if substantive processing has not begun and consumed if it has begun. Task records may be used to confirm the processing stage.
7. Exceptions
Outside the 14-day window, we may still review refund, credit replacement, or account adjustment requests case by case for exceptional circumstances, such as:
- a duplicate or accidental charge;
- paid access that cannot be delivered or fixed in a reasonable time;
- a critical LastCUE product issue that prevents use of the purchased paid feature and cannot be resolved promptly;
- a paid digital service or Lifetime Pro entitlement that was not delivered and cannot be reasonably corrected; or
- a Repair Credit consumed incorrectly because of a LastCUE system error.
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, repair, replacement, price-reduction, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived in your country or region.
