How do I request a refund or cancel my subscription?
Updated October 9, 2026
Canceling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal. A refund request asks LastCUE to review a payment or delivered service under the Refund Policy.
You can submit a request through Support / Refunds in the app or email support@lastcuelab.com. Submitting the form creates a support request; it does not automatically approve or execute a refund.
What happens after the monthly trial?
The current monthly offer advertises a 30-day free trial followed by monthly billing. Review the checkout's trial, first-charge date, and renewal details before confirming; the offer shown for your purchase controls.
To avoid the next charge, cancel through the available subscription action in LastCUE or the Creem purchase-management link before renewal. The annual and Lifetime options should not be assumed to have the same trial.
Which purchases have a 14-day refund window?
Under the current policy:
| Purchase | Current policy summary |
|---|---|
| Pro monthly or annual | You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase or a renewal charge. |
| Unused Repair Credits | You can request refund review within 14 days of purchase. |
| Lifetime Pro | Generally final after delivery, subject to the listed exceptions and applicable mandatory rights or Creem procedures. |
| A repair task that has entered substantive processing | Reviewed under the repair-specific rules, rather than treated as an unused credit. |
For paid-access requests within the policy's 14-day window, a reason is not required. Optional feedback can still help support understand the issue.
How are used Repair Credits handled?
Credit review considers the task's processing stage, whether an output or completion report was provided, and whether a LastCUE system error affected the result or credit consumption.
A completed delivered repair is normally not refundable simply because recovery was partial or the result differs from expectations. The policy also addresses tasks that find no recoverable content.
Unsupported formats identified before substantive processing and system errors that prevent completion without delivery can qualify for credit release, restoration, or review. A disconnection, cancellation, wrong source, or insufficient space is not automatically the same as a LastCUE system error.
Keep the existing task record. If a confirmed repair result is ready but the USB write failed, retrying that same result does not require buying another credit.
What should I include in the request?
Provide:
- the email address used for the purchase;
- the product and order, transaction ID, or Creem receipt;
- whether you want a refund, credit review, or an access correction;
- the repair task status and relevant non-sensitive error details, if applicable.
A short explanation is useful where you choose to give one. You do not need to send your complete music library, audio files, or passwords with an ordinary purchase request.
How do I cancel future renewal?
Use the available subscription-cancellation action in LastCUE, or the purchase email or Creem Customer Portal link. Complete the confirmation and check the resulting cancellation status.
Without a refund or another entitlement change, Pro normally remains available through the current paid period. If a refund is approved, the related paid access can end immediately. Uninstalling the app or deleting an account does not necessarily cancel a Creem-managed subscription.
When will I hear back, and where does the money go?
LastCUE aims to respond within three business days. Approved refunds are normally returned through Creem or the original payment channel to the original payment method. Bank and payment-network timing can add several business days.
The full policy describes exceptions for duplicate charges, failed delivery, verified system errors, applicable Creem procedures, and consumer rights that cannot be waived. Read it for the rules applying to your purchase.
